My quest to reconnect with my body led me to explore ecstatic experiences and methods for exploring my consciousness, my humanity, and regulating my nervous system. For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to creating ecstatic moments through my voice, touch, and immersive art, fostering healing and transformation for myself and others.
