You're anxious, burned out, dysregulated—your nervous system stuck in survival mode. You've lost your center. You organize around everyone else's needs, timelines, approval.

Your body isn't home. It's something you manage from the outside instead of live in from within. This isn't failure. This is what happens when the world teaches bodies like yours to perform instead of feel.

Masculine rhythms built the world: linear timelines, dopamine-driven, transcending instead of inhabiting. Your cycles were inconvenient. Your pain was too much. Your pleasure was threatening.

So you dimmed it. Not consciously—but

Your nervous system learned:

feeling yourself fully = danger.

You've tried therapy, meditation apps, breathwork routines, optimization strategies. They help a little. But they don't bring you home. Because they don't speak the language your nervous system actually understand.

Your nervous system doesn't speak English.
It speaks sensation, rhythm, safety signals.

THAT LANGUAGE IS PLEASURE

Not as reward.

As signal. As the way your body tells you: this is coherent, this is me, this is home.

The SHift

When pleasure becomes your nervous system's primary feedback

Your body becomes home, not a problem to solve

You return to your center

You radiate FROM yourself instead of orbiting others

Aliveness becomes sustainable, not episodic

The architectureof the shift

Were you authorized to be a source?

Most psychology asks: were you held safely?
Deeper question: Were you authorized to be a source?

When your knowing couldn't be trusted, when your pleasure needed permission, when your reality required external validation—you were displaced from your center.

You learned to orbit other people's approval, needs, versions of reality.

The work is reclaiming your position as origin point.

Orbiting → radiating
Referencing outward →
trusting inward
Performing worthiness →
occupying sovereignty

Here's How It Works

A journey from understanding to embodiment.

Framework (75 min)

Lecture-style. The concepts—why your nervous system works this way, what's been blocking regulation, how pleasure functions as technology. Food for your mind before your body moves.

The Mechanics (45 min)

I demonstrate foundational exercises—vagus activation, pelvic engagement, breath patterns. We practice key elements together, focusing on form and alignment.

The Portal (90 min)

.Immersive experience. Your nervous system does the learning. Five phases mirroring the nervous system's natural arousal cycle—grounding into safety, awakening sensation, building charge, oscillating between control and surrender as we edge intensity, then integration back to center.

Integration + Research (30 min)

We witness what moved through the room. Individual experience becomes collective intelligence.

The portal- 90 minutes where your nervous system does the learning.

The Portal

is a guided somatic experience where rhythm, breath, pelvic awareness, and nervous system science meet.
We work through the body to restore coherence and safety from the inside out.

✔ Nervous system regulation through guided movement & rhythm
✔ Pelvic engagement and breathwork exercises
✔ Sound & breath sequences

  • Fully clothed. No touching.

  • You control your participation.

  • Trauma-informed.

  • Optional at every stage.

Safety & Awareness

Standing sequence:

  • Bilateral movements, Vagus nerve exersises,

  • Yin massage,

  • Standing pelvic tilts and rotations

Kneeling/seated sequence:

  • Seated to kneeling pelvic tilts, circles, figure-8s.

  • Hip shaking, rocking, intimate fitness, pelvic squeeze - release

Arousal Building & Activation

Floor sequence

  • Bridge holds with pelvic engagement.

  • Pelvic bone bouncing

  • Spinal undulations.

Moving with arousal

Guided meditation, downregulating breath, bilaterial bodyscanning. Then sharing what has moved through.

We don't just activate—we complete the cycle.

Slow, grounding breath. Body scan—noticing what's different. Gentle movement. Child's pose, stillness. Guided return to the room.

What you're training: The capacity to move from intensity back intentionally, to track and verbalize the shifts. With each time resetign your baseline to being able to have more capcity, more understanding, more aliveness.

integration + Sharing .

What you will Leave with

Practices

Breath, pelvic awareness, dearmoring, sound. Tools you can use the next morning.

UNderstanding

How your nervous system works. What blocks you. How to return to your center when you lose it.

Evidence

You've felt coherent states in your body. You know what regulation actually feels like now. Not as concept. As memory.

O-Circle isn't just practice. It's Research

Optional but encouraged—bring your wearable (oura Ring, apple watch, etc) + participate in surveys.

We're measuring:

  • How arousal states shift regulation

  • Nervous system coupling between participants

  • How long coherence lasts (24-72 hours post)

Your experience becomes evidence.

We can send people to space, but 58% of women have faked an orgasm.

We've mapped the cosmos. Sequenced DNA. Built AI.

But we still don't know how female pleasure actually works—how it regulates, heals, synchronizes nervous systems.

Not because it's unknowable.
Because it's so understudied.

PLEASURE IS TECHNOLOGY. WE'RE studying IT.

The Body Lab

I studied biology at UW. Built ASMR content for 190K people. Designed trance experiences for thousands. But the real laboratory was always my own nervous system.

I was never given a center to begin with.

Before I had language for my own experience, someone else's was already there. Rarely kind. Rarely accurate. But delivered with certainty and repetition until it became the air. The smallest deviation from the script: you will end up on the streets. you will not amount to anything. Urgency that overrode my rhythm. Control that left no room for my own read of a situation. My own sensations, my own knowing, trained out of me before I understood what was being taken.

I was trained to Orbit not to be a center

What I found: I had never had a center. Not a damaged one — an absent one.

Pleasure was what rebuilt it. Not performed. Not validated by anyone else.

Sourced from myself — for the first time.

So when the world started happening to my body, I had nowhere to metabolize it from. A car crash. My stepfather's suicide. Then my first love — electric, total, something close to divine union. And then infidelity, a miscarriage, a month of bleeding. The particular devastation of someone who worshipped you becoming indifferent to your existence. My body had finally opened — and then had nowhere safe to land.

Going numb made sense. It was the only thing left.

Five years of celibacy. Eight years of relational work — practicing and teaching tantra. Six months with a shaman in Ecuador. 200 pages — dreaming, moving, pleasuring myself back. The living came first. The framework came later.

Finding sensation was finding origin.

O-CIRCLE BEGAN HERE

This is what my 22-year-old self needed.

She was bleeding—stress, miscarriage—alone in her senior year, in a new country, feeling things she had no language for. Heat moving through her body. Cold. Pulsations. Spontaneous movement in her pelvis and a sensation of rocking in her root. Something happening that was real and extraordinary and completely without witness.

No one to hold her. No framework to name what her body was doing.

And the man who promised to be there, who called her his family told her she wasn't on his level.

So she went numb.

And spent the next 13 years trying to find her way back to what her body already knew in that room.

A space where what your body does isn't too much, isn't something to manage or suppress or perform away.

Where sensation is data.
Where pulsation is intelligence.
Where the person next to you is feeling it too and nobody is telling anyone they're not on the right level.

O-Circle is the room she deserved

Everyone who walks into that room is, in some version, her—alone with something moving through their body that nobody has given language to yet.

That's why I built this.

Who is this for?

Some O-Circle Live events are women-only spaces. These create specific safety containers for those who need it.

Others welcome all genders. These allow partners to learn together and create different kinds of coherence.

You've been performing pleasure instead of feeling it. Forcing masculine timelines onto a cyclical body. You learned your aliveness was too much—so you dimmed it. Your body learned: pleasure = danger.

What if your power wasn't the problem—the system was?

You sense: Your body knows something you've forgotten. Pleasure is your power. Your cycle is intelligence. You're ready to come home.

WOmen

non-binary

You're reclaiming a body never reflected back accurately. This isn't about femininity—it's nervous system regulation through pleasure, rhythm, coherence. Your body's wisdom is welcome here.

Men + Partners

You want to support her but don't know how. You'll learn what her body actually needs. Why arousal isn't linear. How to hold space without fixing or performing. You can witness or participate.

NOT FOR YOU IF: You want quick fixes. You're uncomfortable with group pleasure work. You need to be told what to want.

Testimonials

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No

This is nervous system regulation through pleasure-based practices.

    Pleasure ≠ sex.
    Arousal ≠ sex.
    Orgasm ≠ sex.

    You will be:

    • ✅ Fully clothed

    • ✅ Working with your own body

    • ✅ Training autonomic regulation

    You will not be:

    • ❌ Naked

    • ❌ Touching anyone

    • ❌ Performing sexually

    • ❌ Doing "tantra" in the Western misinterpretation of partner sex work

What we ARE doing: Teaching your nervous system that pleasure is safe, sustainable, self-generated.

Some people experience orgasmic states. That's not the goal.

The goal: Your body learns it can regulate through sensation instead of cognition.

  • This is trauma-informed.

    • ✅ Optional (you control participation completely)

    • ✅ Fully clothed

    • ✅ No touching between participants

    • ✅ Paced with integration breaks

    • ✅ Held by someone who understands nervous system dysregulation intimately

Many survivors report this as the first space their nervous system felt safe enough to explore pleasure.

Why? Because we're not asking you to "just relax" or "let go."

We're training your system, incrementally, with full consent, that intensity can be safe.

You won't be pushed. You'll be invited. Repeatedly. With permission to say no.

  • It could be. We normalize that.

    You'll hear:

    • Breathing (sometimes intense, sometimes relaxed)

    • Sound (humming, toning, possibly screaming—release, not performance)

    • Maybe crying, laughing, or both

    You'll see:

    • Bodies moving (shaking, rocking, undulating)

    • Expressions of intensity (faces during pleasure aren't "pretty")

    • Some people deep in trance, some resting, some dancing

    What you won't see:

    • Nudity

    • Sexual contact

    • Anyone being pushed beyond their consent

The breakthroughs usually come AFTER you let yourself be uncomfortable.

That moment when you stop performing "having a good experience" and just... feel.

  • Perfect. That's why you're here. This isn't about achieving anything—it's about learning what your body needs and what's been in the way.

  • That's data. We work with whatever arises.

Numbness tells us something about your nervous system state:

    • Chronic freeze (protective dissociation)

    • Hypervigilance (scanning blocks interoception)

    • Lack of safety signals (system won't come online)

    The work isn't forcing sensation.
The work is creating conditions where sensation becomes safe.

For some women, the breakthrough is:
"I felt my pelvis for the first time."
"I cried and didn't know why."
"I realized I've been numb for years."

    Awareness IS progress.
You can't regulate what you can't feel.
    Feeling comes first.

  • We have women-only circles and open circles (all genders).

    Check your city's specific format.

Non-binary folks: You're absolutely welcome in open circles. This work isn't about gender identity—it's about nervous system regulation through cyclical intelligence and embodied practice.

Partners (especially men): Open circles allow you to:

    • Understand what her body actually needs

    • Learn why arousal isn't linear or performative

    • Practice holding space without fixing or leading

    • Experience your own capacity for embodied regulation

Many men report profound shifts in how they relate to their own intensity and their partner's.

  • No. Surveys and biometric tracking are completely optional. You can attend and practice without contributing data. But if you're willing, your experience helps pioneer an unstudied field.

  • Come anyway if you are capable. Sometimes menstruation makes the work more potent.

  • Water, comfortable clothing you can move in, and if you want to participate in biometric tracking: your Oura Ring, Apple Watch, or other wearable device.

  • Some parts of the Portal movement sequence involve strong thigh engagement and breath practices such as Breath of Fire, which can feel physically demanding.

The sequence is intentionally designed to alternate activation with rest, allowing the nervous system to integrate rather than overwhelm. You are always in choice. Every exercise is optional, and modifications are offered throughout.

Even if you choose to observe rather than participate fully, there is significant value in the lecture, demonstration, and energetic transmission of the work.

  • Immediately after:

    • Integration circle (processing together)

    • Resource handouts (practices to continue at home)

    • Community connection (optional Signal/WhatsApp group)

    24-72 hours post:

    • Short survey (how's your nervous system?)

    • Optional data from your wearable

    • Email check-in

    Ongoing:

    • Access to O-Circle online program (monthly practices, not required)

    • Invitation to future live events

    • Contribution to research (anonymous data helps validate the work)

You're not abandoned after 4 hours.
You're initiated into a practice you can continue.
